My cancellation policy:

Once your baby has arrived and your session date has been fully set, you’re welcome to reschedule your session at any point, free of charge, on one occasion.

Further reschedules made with less than two weeks’ notice will incur a £30 rebooking fee.

 

Refunds are not normally available once payment has been made. However, in tragic circumstances (such as the loss of a pregnancy), a refund may be offered at the photographer’s discretion.

 

If needed, you may reschedule your session within 12 months of the original payment date, and the payment can be applied towards any session type still offered by the photographer.

 

In the rare event that the photographer needs to cancel a session (for example, due to illness), a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

 

These terms are in line with UK consumer law and designed to be fair and flexible for both parties
