My cancellation policy:
Full booking fee refunds are given, if you choose not to transfer your booking fee to another Session date, in the case of the photographer having to cancel due to illness, injury or covid restrictions, or in the case of the client having to cancel due to tragic circumstances at the photographer's discretion. 

Booking fee refunds are not given if the Session is cancelled by the client unless in tragic circumstances, however booking fees can be transfered to another Session date and/or type up to one year after the original booking.
